He has more than 25 years’ experience in enterprise technology, working as an industry analyst, CMO, product market lead, journalist and reseller. Prior to Microsoft, he was the lead cloud computing analyst for Forrester Research and pioneered the firm’s coverage in this area, helping Fortune 500 and global enterprises develop successful cloud strategies. James has held key executive positions at firms including Gartner, Sun Microsystems and Azul Systems, is a frequent keynote speaker at industry events and conferences and has lectured at leading business schools. He holds degrees from the Anderson School at the University of Southern California and the University of North Texas. When not working, James is an avid marathoner and triathlete.

Ann Hellenius has held various senior leadership roles within the City of Stockholm, including responsibility for the digitalization of the public schools.Prior to working in the city Ann founded and was the CEO for a management consulting company. She has also worked as a management consultant for Ernst & Young and Cambridge Strategic Management Group.
Ann has during the last years been a frequent and popular keynote speaker at several national and international events. With great knowledge, enthusiasm and authority she give her perspective of the possibilities with digitalization.
Since May 2015 Ann is the CIO for the City of Stockholm. During her time as CIO Ann has received several nominations and awards, including “Influencer of the Year 2016” https://managementevents.com/news/ann-hellenius-is-the-2016-municipality-influencer-of-the-year-awardee/ and the City of Stockholm got elected as “Most Innovative City of the Year” in 2016.

DevSecOps Leader , Intuit
Shannon Lietz is an award winning innovator with over two decades of experience pursuing advanced security defenses and next generation security solutions. Ms. Lietz is currently the DevSecOps Leader for Intuit where she is responsible for setting and driving the company’s cloud security strategy, roadmap and implementation in support of corporate innovation. She operates a 24x7 DevSecOps team that includes Red and Blue Team operations. Previous to joining Intuit, Ms. Lietz worked for ServiceNow where she was responsible for the cloud security engineering efforts. Prior to this, Ms. Lietz worked for Sony where she drove the implementation of a new secure data center and led crisis management for a large-scale security breach. She has founded a metrics company, led major initiatives for hosting organizations as a Master Security Architect, developed security software and consulted for many Fortune 500 organizations. Ms. Lietz holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Mount St. Mary’s College.
Head of Google Cloud Platform Nordic, Google
As the head of Google Cloud Platform Nordic, Otso Juntunen is in charge of building business for Cloud Platform in the Nordic countries and in the Northern Europe. Prior to becoming the Cloud Platform Nordic lead, Otso served as Associate Director for Gartner, managing consulting at the manufacturing & retail and telecommunications industries in EMEA, especially focusing on the Nordic market.
Earlier in his career, he spent over five years as the co-founder and chairman of Headlong, where he defined and drove forward the business strategy and business development of the company. Prior to that, Otso held other various roles at Stronghold Invest AB, The Boston Consulting Group, Talent Partners Oy (now Talent Vectia) and Accenture.
Otso holds a M.Sc. in Circuit Theory and Electromagnetism from the Helsinki University of Technology.
Global VP Security Research, Trend Micro
Rik Ferguson is Global VP Security Research at Trend Micro. He brings more than seventeen years of security technology experience to this role. Ferguson is actively engaged in research into online threats and the underground economy. He also researches the wider implications of new developments in the Information Technology arena and their impact on security both for consumers and in the enterprise, contributing to product development and marketing plans.
Ferguson writes the CounterMeasures blog and is the lead spokesperson for Trend Micro. He is often interviewed by the BBC, CNN, CNBC, Channel 4, Sky News and Al-Jazeera and quoted by national newspapers and trade publications throughout the world. Ferguson also makes a regular appearance as a presenter at global industry events. In April 2011 he was formally inducted into the InfoSecurity Hall of Fame.
Rik Ferguson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wales and is a Certified Ethical Hacker and CISSP-ISSAP in good standing.
Lead IBM Cloud Advisor, IBM
Rashik is the leader of the European and Asia Pacific Cloud Advisor team, an IBM Distinguished Engineer and previously President of IBM's Academy of Technology. During his thirty one years of practical experience in IBM, he has worked for financial, retail and manufacturing clients on IT transformation projects of all sizes. Overall, he specialises in ensuring the technical success of complex IT projects that transform business models. He currently advising clients on their cloud innovation roadmap from a technology and business perspective. Some of his work is summarised in the HBR Article he co-authored "New Patterns for Innovation" – Jan-Feb 2014.
Rashik was appointed to the Leeds City Region Local Enterprise Partnership Board and chairs the business communications group. He is helping develop the innovation strategies to accelerate growth of this £55bn marketplace.
Rashik is also IBM's Partnership Executive for Imperial College – London. He is also an Adjunct Professor for Department of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Imperial College Business School and Visiting Professor to the Intelligent Systems and Networks Group at the Department of Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
