James leads strategic planning and portfolio analysis for the Cloud+Enterprise Division at Microsoft. He has more than 25 years’ experience in enterprise technology, working as an industry analyst, CMO, product market lead, journalist and reseller. Prior to Microsoft, he was the lead cloud computing analyst for Forrester Research and pioneered the firm’s coverage in this area, helping Fortune 500 and global enterprises develop successful cloud strategies. James has held key executive positions at firms including Gartner, Sun Microsystems and Azul Systems, is a frequent keynote speaker at industry events and conferences and has lectured at leading business schools. He holds degrees from the Anderson School at the University of Southern California and the University of North Texas. When not working, James is an avid marathoner and triathlete.

Rashik is the leader of the European and Asia Pacific Cloud Advisor team, an IBM Distinguished Engineer and previously President of IBM's Academy of Technology. During his thirty one years of practical experience in IBM, he has worked for financial, retail and manufacturing clients on IT transformation projects of all sizes. Overall, he specialises in ensuring the technical success of complex IT projects that transform business models. He currently advising clients on their cloud innovation roadmap from a technology and business perspective. Some of his work is summarised in the HBR Article he co-authored "New Patterns for Innovation" – Jan-Feb 2014.
Rashik was appointed to the Leeds City Region Local Enterprise Partnership Board and chairs the business communications group. He is helping develop the innovation strategies to accelerate growth of this £55bn marketplace.
Rashik is also IBM's Partnership Executive for Imperial College – London. He is also an Adjunct Professor for Department of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Imperial College Business School and Visiting Professor to the Intelligent Systems and Networks Group at the Department of Electrical & Electronic Engineering.

As the head of Google Cloud Platform Nordic, Otso Juntunen is in charge of building business for Cloud Platform in the Nordic countries and in the Northern Europe. Prior to becoming the Cloud Platform Nordic lead, Otso served as Associate Director for Gartner, managing consulting at the manufacturing & retail and telecommunications industries in EMEA, especially focusing on the Nordic market.
Earlier in his career, he spent over five years as the co-founder and chairman of Headlong, where he defined and drove forward the business strategy and business development of the company. Prior to that, Otso held other various roles at Stronghold Invest AB, The Boston Consulting Group, Talent Partners Oy (now Talent Vectia) and Accenture.
Otso holds a M.Sc. in Circuit Theory and Electromagnetism from the Helsinki University of Technology.
EMEA Practice Lead, Cloud Native Apps & DevOps, VMware
Ed Hoppitt leads the Cloud Native Apps and DevOps Practice across EMEA, as well as being a Business Solution Strategist and member of the Global CTO Ambassador program. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring that VMware's strategy directly supports customers moving to a digital business with new models of application development and agile operations. The CTO Ambassadors are amongst VMware's most experienced customer facing, individual contributor technologists. As an Ambassador, Ed provides strategy and advice to the board and C-Level executives, as well as high-level consultancy on developing 'service' based technologies around the concept of cloud computing.
With more than 16 years of experience in the technology sector, Ed also works closely with R&D to ensure that global and enterprise customers are able to best leverage cloud technology and move to cloud operations as part of a wider business transformation programme.
Prior to joining VMware in 2012, he held the position of Global Principal Architect for BT Global Services. In this role, Ed helped global customers to take advantage of cloud and Infrastructure-as-a-Service offerings. He was also the principal architect for data center investment strategy across EMEA and LATAM.
Ed is an international speaker and presenter on the topics of cloud computing, cloud services and strategy. He holds a BSc in Computer Science and Management from Royal Holloway, University of London.
Ed is also the current Reigning Robot Wars World Champion from the BBC TV Series.

Helen has 20 years’ experience working in the technology industry with a focus on the Software Development Lifecycle for a wealth of cross industry clients in the UK and abroad. Helen is passionate about DevOps and is the creator of the Ranger4 DevOps LiftOff Workshop and the Ranger4 DevOps Maturity Assessment - winner of the IBM Beacon Award 2015 for Outstanding DevOps Solution. She also started Ranger4’s #DevOpsFriday5 initiative and is on the Board of Regents at the DevOps Institute (Ranger4 are also a Registered Education Provider for the DOI’s DevOps and Agile training courses). Helen is also a novelist and ecologist. She once saw a flamingo lay an egg.
