How much does it cost?
Entrance to IP EXPO Nordic allows access to all 6 event areas: Cloud & IoT, Cyber Security Nordic, Networks & Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, DevOps and AI.
Registration is FREE but if you don't register before 19:00 on 18th September 2018, there is an administration fee of 1000 SEK payable. VIP passes are also available.
Do you have a mobile app?
Yes, and it will be made available free shortly.
How do I obtain a visa letter?
Unfortunately we cannot issue letters of invitation for visa purposes. Once you have registered for the event via the event website you will receive a confirmation email which should be sufficient for visa applications.

Where is IP EXPO Nordic located?

What are the event opening times?
Wednesday 19 September: 9.30am - 5.00pm
Thursday 20 September: 9.30am - 4.30pm
Can students attend?
IP EXPO Nordic is a business to business event and whilst we welcome students to join us and discuss technology with exhibitors we do restrict entry to after 12pm on Day 2 (Thursday) of the event. Students will not be granted access on Day 1, or the morning of Day 2.
Is there an age restriction at the show?
IP EXPO Nordic is a business to business event so event registration and attendance is restricted to over 16s only. No one under the age of 16 will be admitted to the event.
Can I register for more than one person at a time?
Due to data protection laws, you cannot register a colleague on their behalf, but you can invite them along to the event! Just make sure they register before 19.00 on 2nd October 2018 to avoid the £35 administration fee.
I am a member of the press and want to attend the exhibition, how do I register?
Journalists, analysts and bloggers are all welcome at IP EXPO Nordic and are hosted in the fully equipped press office.
The press office has computers and printers, telephones, chairs and tables and refreshments. Exhibitor press packs will be available, as well as information regarding the show itself. The press office is only available for registered members of the press.

- Will my badge give me access to all the event areas?
When will I receive my badge?
Badges, event previews and seminar programmes will be sent out from early September 2018. Badges can also be printed using your unique badge code (detailed in your confirmation email) on arrival at the event.
What happens if I don't receive my badge before the show?
In the rare circumstances that you don't receive your badge you can use the badge code in your confirmation email to print another one on the day. If you forget your badge code then the registration kiosk can locate your registration details to print your entry badge.

How can I book a seminar or keynote session?
The seminar and keynote sessions are FREE to attend and seating is based on a first come first served basis.
Is there somewhere to leave coats and luggage?
Yes, there is a cloakroom where you can leave your belongings. It is located in the foyer.
