  • What makes IP EXPO Nordic the ONE place to be?

    It’s the ONLY enterprise IT event that brings everything together under one roof. All the key players. All the information across the entire technology stack. All the key product launches, demos, solutions and educational seminars.

  • I’m busy. Why should I take a day out of the office for an IT event?

    It’s a great investment of time, especially for the free to attend educational seminars, line-up coming soon. IP EXPO Nordic also brings together vendors, the channel and end users alike, it provides the perfect networking opportunity as well as concentrating the expertise of over 100 expert exhibitors. So you can use this one event to get all the insights you need to stay competitive – quickly and efficiently.

  • Will this actually help my business?

    Absolutely it will help your business! Everything at our event is dedicated to delivering real commercial advantage. The insights, information and contacts you gain during your visit will quickly become productive assets after you leave.

  • Do you have a mobile app?

    Yes, and it will be made available free shortly.

  • How do I obtain a visa letter?

    Unfortunately we cannot issue letters of invitation for visa purposes. Once you have registered for the event via the event website you will receive a confirmation email which should be sufficient for visa applications.

  • How can I find out about speaking opportunities?

  • I need a hotel, where should I stay locally to the event?

  • Where is IP EXPO Nordic located?

    IP EXPO Nordic takes place on 19-20 September 2018 at Stockholmsmässan, Stockholm, Sweden

  • What are the event opening times?

    Wednesday 19 September: 8.30am - 4.30pm
    Thursday 20 September: 8.30am - 4.00pm

  • Can students attend?

    IP EXPO Nordic is a business to business event and whilst we welcome students to join us and discuss technology with exhibitors we do restrict entry to after 12pm on Day 2 (Thursday) of the event. Students will not be granted access on Day 1, or the morning of Day 2.

  • Is there an age restriction at the show?

    IP EXPO Nordic is a business to business event so event registration and attendance is restricted to over 16s only. No one under the age of 16 will be admitted to the event.

  • Registering

  • Can I register for more than one person at a time?

    Due to data protection laws, you cannot register a colleague on their behalf, but you can invite them along to the event! Just make sure they register for themselves, all ticket options can be found here

  • I am a member of the press and want to attend the exhibition, how do I register?

    Journalists, analysts and bloggers are all welcome at IP EXPO Nordic and are hosted in the fully equipped press office.

    The press office has computers and printers, telephones, chairs and tables and refreshments. Exhibitor press packs will be available, as well as information regarding the show itself. The press office is only available for registered members of the press.

  • Is there a cost for registering?

    The Conference & Expo pass is free to register up to 7pm the evening before the event when a £35 fee administration fee will be charged. The Access Plus Pass has an early bird rate available after which the full admission cost will be charged. For pricing please visit https://www.ipexponordic.com/Tickets

  • Badges

  • Will my badge give me access to all the event areas?

    There are two types of badges, the Conference & Expo Pass and the Access Plus Pass with each provide different levels of access to the conference. To review the full details of what is included in each ticket type please visit https://www.ipexponordic.com/Tickets

  • When will I receive my badge?

    Conference & Expo Passes along with the event preview will be sent out from early September 2018. These passes can also be printed using your unique badge code (detailed in your confirmation email) on arrival at the event. Access Plus Pass need to be collected in person on arrival to the venue from the Access Plus Pass Collection Point using your unique badge code and photo ID.

  • What happens if I don't receive my badge before the show?

    In the rare circumstances that you don't receive your badge you can use the badge code in your confirmation email to print another one on the day. If you forget your badge code then the registration kiosk can locate your registration details to print your entry badge.

  • What’s the difference between a Conference & Expo Pass and the Access Plus Pass?

    The Conference & Expo Pass will give you full access to the Expo floor and most of the theatres. The Access Plus Pass will give the same access but includes priority access to specific theatres, complimentary benefits and EXCLUSIVE access to the AI, Analytics, Blockchain & IoT Theatre.   • Where do I pick up my Access Plus Pass?

    Access Plus Passes should be collected in person on arrival to the venue from the Access Plus Pass Collection Point using your unique badge code and photo ID.
