Neven has 17 years of experience in enterprise telecom and IT industry on both engineering and management positions.  With past 10 years dedicated to ITSM practices (ITIL and ISO 20000) as Service Designer, SLA manager, CIO, Operations manager and his favorite; Service Delivery Manager. His current primary responsibility is to ensure alignment between business services delivered by Span with Customers' expectations. (In practice it's just lot of meetings and piles of reports).
